We have finished editing everything so far, including the transitions and washed out colour contrast. However, we need to film the last part of our trailer - this scene is when Eric and Megan first meet in the university hall way, she drops her books, he kindly picks them up for her. This will be the first flash back sequence of our trailer.

We feel that this gives a dream like quality to the image and makes it clearer to the audience that these are flashbacks.
To get this effect we went onto the 'Effects' tool bar in the top right section of the programme. We then selected the 'Brightness and Contrast' icon. We then went onto 'Edit Effects' and chose the image control drop down menu, before experimenting with various combinations of brightness and contrast. We finally decided to keep the brightness level the same and up the contrast to the maximum level.
