EVALUATION - Interview with Actress Jen (Megan)

Questions:

Q1. What do you feel are the most authentic attributes of your characters?
Jen ~ "the most authentic aspect was probably my costume which you asked me to wear, it turned me into the character you wanted me to be, not the character i wanted to play. "

Q2. What do you think is most effective about our setting?
Jen ~ "the fact you used an actual house! i thought the lights were good (although they were only the lights in Nikki's house?!) because they were VERY bright, and added a sense of urgency to the trailer. "

Q3. What aspects of a film trailer are most likely to make you want to go and see it?
Jen ~ "the bit where Eric knocks on the door! its scary!"


Q4. What genre of film do you think produces the most effective trailer?
Jen ~ "probably comedy to be honest, because horror/thriller is a bit predictable, but comedy could go anywhere. "

Q5. What made you wiling to be a part of this film production?
Jen ~ "other than doing it for my friends? personally, wanting to be in the business, it helped me grasp what filming with professionals would be like, especially considering how professional each filming session was."

Q6. In your opinion which genre of film do you think is most popular?
Jen ~ "I'm not sure? i think its probably likely to be something rubbish like Rom-com...it SHOULD be horror!"

Q7. How do you think the music will affect the mood of your scenes?
Jen ~ "i think the music will make the point of the trailer more apparent, i think it will add tension to the scenes i was asked to act in."

Q8. How do you think the camera angles influence the way in which your characters are portrayed?
Jen ~ "the erratic change in angels adds to the idea of the erratic change in the characters relationship - it adds to the mood of the film"

Q9. Which actor has been the biggest inspiration to you?
Jen ~ "Johnny Depp. as weird as it sounds, he can act any character, not just one that has his name changed from film to film."

Q10. If you were a professional actor, what type of film would you most enjoy being a part of?
Jen ~ "i would most enjoy being part of a thriller, or a reality one like 'Billy Elliot'. that would be amazing."
