This is the teaser poster to eclipse. It is designed to give little information about the films narrative to the audience, but to create awareness and mystery. As you can see the title of the film is the predominant feature of this poster, as it is imposed on top of the an eclipsed sun/moon. The darkness and the clouds create the mood of the film, suggesting to the audience that it is eerie and dark, as expected from a vampire film. Another hint of the genre is the red around the moon. This indicates that there will be blood shed in this film, which can be expected from a vampire movie,as the colour red indicates both blood and death. The release date is shown at the bottom so that the audience is aware of when they can see it. For recognistion above the title is 'The Twilight Saga.
